I don’t have any complaints about the voting integrity, but I will say that a more securely verifiable way to do this receipt would be to force the user to provide a ‘secret’ which is appended to the vote before creating an additional hash.

In order to validate your receipt, you provide your secret again, which is then combined with your vote to verify the hash.

This is in contrast with a simple receipt ID, which could be shared by multiple voters*. (If the ballot was non-secret this would not be an issue, but if I want to keep my ballot anonymous I cannot verify that someone else was not given my same receipt ID)

*This is tricky, but with enough voters it could be pulled off secretly by the voting system (again NOT suggesting this actually happened!)
