FYI, there is something odd, frustrating, weird (you pick) going on with the Multicam. It is cutting deeper as you go from right to left on the table. My best guess is that the temporary vacuum plenum installed as a proof of concept is not holding up as hoped. Waiting until the move to install a permanent plenum isn’t going to be an option. So, as soon as a work team can be assembled and scheduled, we’ll remove the current melamine plenum and install a more durable version.

I just cut across a 5x5 sheet of plywood and it was fairly consistent, it cut into base slightly at different points due to some variation in the mdf height (enough to catch your fingernail on in a few locations)
Closest to the camera here is where I set max depth and it barely touched the surface there
Thank you for the info and the photo. May be an important clue in that you are set back from the front several inches. The front right corner may be where the culprit lies!
