I work in Operations for la Madeleine. Currently my job consists of traveling to open new restaurants, project management, leadership development and training. I've also returned to school to pick up a business degree (finance, innovation and project management). Between work travel and school I'm pretty busy, but always have a new project in mind that I'd like to put together.
