I got this message this morning.

ZeroLandfill Dallas is responding to your post: “Any idea when the next one will be?”
Hi Cairenn–The next ZLF spring 2017 event will be open to the public for pick-up on 4/15 & 4/22 from 12pm to 3pm. See today’s post for more information.

Zero landfill is a real neat chance to get all types of supplies, FREE, They collect items
often the samples sent decorators/designers/architects These can include fabric,leather
laminate, wallpaper glass, metal, carpet (from tiny samples to usable pieces), partial boxes
of marble, granite and other tiles show up.

If you want a lot of goodies, bring a friend to sit with your finds, bags or boxes to take them home
If you volunteer you will bet a t shirt, I think a sandwich and you get sort of first choice on
the goodies,

Spring’s ZeroLandfill is just around the corner! Get your materials collected and ready to go.

I was going to compare it to a very large free shelf but then someone would probably leave a tire there.

Better than our donation shelf, since everything is gone thru before placed
out. Everything is separated by type, places on pallets and weighed, so
they can know how many pounds were kept from a landfill

If you are there the first day and early one could likely get enough tile
for a small room if they didn t have to match or for a table top, I love
just seeing folks get things, One time I had gotten some plastic
wicker sample from someone on the Oak Cliff FB page, Some were
on a metal frame, they looked neat but after looking at them for most
'of a year, they went on a pile at zero landfill and they were quickly gone.
I asked oen person and they were going to wire four or five together to
cover red clay pots on their big plants,
