Does anyone have experience rebuilding controllers that might be able to help me out? I’ve got a busted bumper on two of my Xbox one controllers and the replacement parts but I can not for the life of me get the thing back together. Help me electro repairobi, you’re my only hope

Second this should be an easy desoldering/soldering job. As long as one doesn’t have the temperature too high to scorch the board one should be fine.
Thanks, I’ve done all the technical side of it, the mechanics of getting the shell back on are what’s tripping me up. It’s been a couple of years since I even used it so I may just have to start over
