I have a GPD win which has a corrupt bios. I found a video documenting the process to reflash it but it’s beyond my comfort level, and I’m unsure whether we have an appropriate flashing device or voltage level shifter.

What kind of chip does it store the bios on? If it’s just a serial EEPROM it can be programmed with almost anything we have lying around (arduino, raspberry pi, bus pirate, etc.) and we probably have a number of members with experience programming them.
