The ramp door (big garage door at top of ramp) has failed and should be considered blocked / disabled until further notice. Meaning you cannot drive anything into the auto area or workshop.
There is still the high dock with leveler to use for loading / unloading projects when there happens to not be an electric vehicle parked there recharging.
We have called someone but due to holidays its about two and a half weeks before they can come.
FYI, the crew chief from Overhead Door was just here looking at the door. He has a crew scheduled to come and work on it some time Friday. Anyone working in the workshop on Friday might keep their ears open for the rear “doorbell”.

The door is functional again! It isn’t RFID/auto opening enabled yet, but it goes up and down so people can use the auto area again. Thank you @engpin for heading up the effort to get it repaired.
Do we have an estimated ETA for the auto-opening bit yet?
Not at all in a hurry – I just think it’s nifty, and want to know when to look for it. 
Once their electrician comes out to wire it in, there’ll be a button on the inside. Once that button is there, I’ll need some help running cat5e through the guardrail to connect to an RFID reader.
