Workbenche auction

There are two large school workbenches in this auction. Do we have space and funds to bid on them? I have a bidder number. It closes Dec 1. I’ll chip in $100

That looks like it would make a good assembly table.

Money aside, do we have humans with strong backs and transport vehicle?

There are also three large metal tables that might be useful… Lots 176A through 176C

The workbenches have at least 3 vices on them. They would be great for teaching hand tools. Viewing is by appointment and Monday would be the last day to take a look at them.
Does anyone live near Waxahachie or have time Monday to take a look? If they have been stored outside I would pass, if the tops are in good condition they can be resurfaced or even re-glued.

The metal tables also look good.

I have a small utility trailer that could hold one wooden workbench or the metal benches.

That auction has the bandsaw that reminds me of the bandsaw my grandpa gave me before he past away in 95.

That led me to a simple Craigslist search on bandsaws which took me down this rabbit hole. Halliburton off Beltline is liquidating some of their assets.

Is Haliburton closing that plant? There are 90+ items in that auction and most were CNC turning or milling. I don’t think ive seen an auction with that many CNC machines before
