Please use only one or two posts, it makes it really hard to keep track of issues when there are a bunch of the posts about the same task/issue.
I replied in one of my previous posts asking for some information to try to help you get this resolved.

I’m beginning to think the Google number on the calendar and on Confluence was different. I entered bis Confluence and txt msg a screenshot to @got_tools, so he dialed in, but another member dialed in early. If this were the case how did the second member get in?
I have asked for the Google setup to be refined with the AV cart. It is a hot mess at this point. We will get it worked out.

I had this issue the first virtual meeting I held. You have to use whichever link, if you make any changes, the link will change. Long as you copy the same link, you should be good.
