I’m wanting to join but my need is the woodshop. I was wondering if anyone knows when a Woodshop Basics class will be held in January.
I’m interested as well.
They will be scheduled very soon. We’re still recovering from the holidays.
I saw the class listed for Jan 15 but I’m out of town that weekend. Any chance there will be another one in Jan?
Besides the two already filled woodshop classes, is there anything else available? Any instructors able to give me a personal handson class and approval to use the tools?
If there’d be a fee, I’d be more than glad to pay. Please advise.
Thank you!

Thanks!
I am interested in this topic as well and was wondering if there is a waiting list for the woodworking basics class in case someone cancels their RSVP? Thanks in advance for any information!!
I’d like a waitlist too. Everytime I see a new woodshop basics class popup, it’s already full by the time I notice it.
I too would like a waiting list.
How long between taking the class and being permitted to instruct? If needed, I would be happy to assist in relieving the backlog.
Typically, Woodshop has someone shadow another instructor/team-team the class before letting them teach solo. This is in addition to having already successfully completed Basics.
If you’re interested in teaching, just show up to a class and I’m sure the instructor will help you fulfill that requirement. We’ll add you to a list of the teachers and then feign an attempt at coordinating a teaching schedule.
I guess when two new classes are offered, I could volunteer assuming I can make them.
Can I attend the January 30 class? I’m out of town for the only other one on the calendar.
