Great Advice all around! Especially to always always always screw down your material. Never trust the vacuum. I prefer down cut endmills as well. With the correct feeds and speed and toolpaths strategy, downcut end mills give you a superior cut and finish bar none. I would say for plywood down cuts are superior to compression bits. Especially if the y are even ever so slightly dull. Always use sharp endmills. That’s why I suggest keeping your own bits for fine work.
