The computer isn’t connecting to the server. Says unable to log in
Does anyone know if the multicam workstation is still down? (I’m assuming it is) Or how to fix it? In the past something on the server side had to be reset. I was out there wednesday maybe and could not get the workstation to boot up. It would show the Thinklink screen with a progress bar, reach 100%, then go to a terminal black screen freezing up. Multiple reboots attempted/ some cord swaps/ no diff…

I’ve already reported it. The raspberry pi is not accepting input from the keyboard. The work around is to bring a laptop and access the jump server from it.
I will remind infrastructure that this issue is still open.
