I’m a new member and stopped in to pick up my stuff on the way out of town and when I went to use the women’s RR. This is what I found.

That’s a feature, not a bug. The bugs are kept elsewhere usually.
Reporting it here on Talk is a good start. In the future you can drop it into Issues and Requests though you may need to get your ‘Green Dot’ (search for that) to do so. Thanks for reporting it!
Tagging @Team_Logistics @Team_Infrastructure - all kidding aside, not quite sure what this pipe/post/pole is for but it looks like it came loose and fell into the restroom. I’m guessing this one is on DMS and not the landlord.
Looks like there was a leak and the pipe fell through the wet drop ceiling. Possibly a vent pipe from the vent fan???
Just a guess. 
That could have been an interesting experience for someone. Talk about becoming apprehensive using a public facility.
The splatter pattern of tile scraps indicates that no one was seated at the time…

Yup- Still stuff on the toilet seat so no one was on it or…the quickly moved before it fell.
