Wiring guru needed! (24hrs of Lemons race car)

Hi All, New to Texas! Smoked the motor in my lemons car (91 LS400) after overheating 5 times too many, and swapped in a motor, trans, ABS and other stuff from a 99GS400. I got the mechanical package all complete (more work than you would think) and the engine harness/ecu is all stock and wired up, but the body harness is a mess. I’d like to make the next race but losing hope on the wiring. Any experts in the group? Its mostly GS400 harness now, with a bit of body integration to the LS body harness. (I’ve got the cluster and immobilizer too).

BTW, been hotrodding imports (mostly Toyota, VAG and a bit of Subaru) for 30+ years and this is my 8th year doing Lemons. as making plenty of my own parts, so hit me up if you need any race car advice. My specialty is road racing & auto-x particularly in suspension but clearly no electric!

Do you have wiring diagrams for both cars (racer and donor)? Do you want
to work on it at the Space, or elsewhere?

I have the wiring diagram for the GS, and there is little left of the LS harness except the rear taillight group and ABS sensors. Whats left of the old harness is neat, and easy to figure out (car is completely stripped), but the new harness is a pile of wire. The engine harness is intact to the ECU, so its just stitching enough together to get it to run. Once it runs, it needs the abs/traction control circuit going and eventually a fan circuit. I might be closer than I thought as it could be that it wouldn’t start because the fuel pump wasn’t hooked up yet (?)… anyway, not the first time I’ve done a complicated swap, but have a mental block on this one and need adult supervision. Ideally I’d love some help at my house so I don’t have to rent a trailer and tow it, and I’d be happy to pay for some help so I can make the spring race…

There is a lot of the woven nylon wire loom sleeving in the Electronics Lab if you need some for the harness work.
