On aliexpress.com it is easy to find metal wine bottle stoppers. I would like to buy the rubber or plastic pieces and make my own on the Clausing-Colchester lathe. Does anyone know a source? Perhaps I could teach a class if I could find some.
Another possibility would be various sizes of food-grade o-rings.

You may want to at first try the ones DMS has so you know the right size. The last time I saw the plastic case that held them they were behind the Haas in the OD green drawer unit BUT near the top in a missing drawer that is more like a slot. Upper RH side as I recall.
