We will be discussing the disposal of the current non functional HP printer, and start the process of selecting new printer(s) to recommend to CA and/or the BoD for future purchase.

The wide bed printer was a donation to DMS. No cost to us, zero value. I was the person that delivered it to DMS several months ago. If you will be throwing it away then I would like to remove some parts that will work with the 24 inch printer in the Expansion office. I would like the ink supplies and the print heads. I will not be at your meeting. You will need permission from the BoD for disposition. When Bod approves then just roll it into the warehouse and add a tag with my name on it. I will take care of removing the unit from DMS and taking it to the dump.
