I’ve noticed a few times over the last few weeks that the roll paper in the printer is being cut off by hand instead of by using the cutter in the machine.
Please don’t do this. The printer is expecting a clean straight edge on the end of the roll and when it’s cut by hand it confuses the printer and makes it difficult to use for the next print job.
There are very few occasions when you would need to cut the paper by hand.
