If you go to Dallas Makerspace’s youtube our board meetings have been unlisted.
The member meeting tonight was suppose to be recorded with the 360 camera but it turned out it was not working, which Adnan in the past has been diligent about. Creating new live streams when they go down, posting on talk with new links.
The strange thing is that Adnan was in the corner of the room filming with ANOTHER camera that wasn’t live streaming.
Coul was acting rather strange when I asked if he wanted to live stream the event while he was gathering video equipment in digital media. He said no, which is very unusual as he wants to live stream most meetings.
Kris on the other hand before the meeting I asked her if she wanted to stream it and she got a hold of Adnan to live stream it. It was not arranged before hand.
As I said above, the camera didn’t work…
And now all our live stream meetings are unlisted on Youtube …
And perhaps I’m adding 1 + 3 and getting 5
Can someone explain?
Here are all the live streams I have found, They were live and working when I tested them but not available on our Youtube channel.
I had a similar experience. Mel asked about the Oct 15, 2018 meeting. I searched YouTube in vain and had to find it in an old post here on Talk. I thought it was just me.
As far as I’m aware, videos meeting videos have been unlisted for a bit now. I checked last week and theyvwere then, and I have never checked previous to that.
I would expect this would be to keep them out of the view of non-members but that’s speculation.
I spoke to a couple people yesterday at the meeting about putting all of the links to these on the wiki so they’ll be more accessable. I could possibly get started on that after getting Youtube permissions from PR. I can send them a PM about it and whether the videos are currently accessable elsewhere.
