This is the only way I’ve seen members answer the phones at DMS.

It’s not like we have a receptionist, what do people achieve by calling DMS?

I did make it harder for someone to be able to call ALL PHONES. It used to be you hit 5 and then you hear a little nag then it rings all of them. Now you have to sit through like 60+ seconds of talking to be able to hit the buttons for call all phones. Every option before that option is to ring a specific room.
I also added the phrase “volunteer-run” to the spoken DMS description so we stop getting so many calls asking if we offer services to do X Y Z etc.
I always welcome constructive feedback on what can be improved, so if anyone has any ideas, let me know!
