PS. How do cancellations get handled, and by whom?

I used to but have stopped.
My access was removed a while back for the billing system. I still handle refunds for classes for Kathy though.
So I guess now it’s just me! I helped out in December and took the queue from 120+ tickets to 0, but sadly it’s crept back up.
Who wants to help? It’s easy, login, be nice, give refunds.

Totally willing to help with this Luke. Just pass access my way and I can pop in and clear them as I see them.
Since we had so many volunteers, I want to put together a “Support Guidelines” wiki page, so we can all literally be on the same page I’ll set this up today / tomorrow and then distribute some access out.
