Who is handling billing system tickets?

I have two pending tickets in the billing system. One of them is a week or so old, and was never answered (but is no longer relevant). The other ticket was filed yesterday. Is anyone looking at these anymore?

No. I don’t have access to the billing system.

Any idea who does? It’s not Kathy … I asked her directly.

PS. How do cancellations get handled, and by whom?

Cancellations can be made two ways through the indidividual’s personal account

  • Cancellation Notice
  • Remove Credit Card - nothing to bill to

I used to but have stopped.

My access was removed a while back for the billing system. I still handle refunds for classes for Kathy though.

So I guess now it’s just me! I helped out in December and took the queue from 120+ tickets to 0, but sadly it’s crept back up.

Who wants to help? It’s easy, login, be nice, give refunds.

Since we had so many volunteers, I want to put together a “Support Guidelines” wiki page, so we can all literally be on the same page :wink: I’ll set this up today / tomorrow and then distribute some access out.

Customer service is very important.
