Who handles honorarium tracking

A student cancelled but a different one attended. I posted on talk but we couldnt get an additional slot opened to show them on the attendance.

Thanks

Nathan

@Team_Calendar Maybe?

There’s a form for it, but I’m unsure where it lives / what to do with it. @Team_Finance

We used to require signatures on a sign in sheet in these cases, approved by the Treasurer. I assume it is still the same way now?
Also, in the future I suggest setting out your sign-ups to 30 minutes after the class starts so you can remove someone and allow someone else to sign up.

Ah, but the Calendar is slightly broken in it’s current configuration. A cancelled student doesn’t open up a slot. I had this happen on my welding class, and I posted about it, but got no help. Someone before had posted about it, and it took a Calendar person making adjustments to the class to add a slot so that someone else could sign up in that spot.

And, in these social-distancing times, one blocked slot means that the class doesn’t officially “make”. I’m only doing 3 slots in my classes.

Sounds good to me. Sorry, I’m still getting up to speed on the honorarium process, so I’m not familiar with the forms. But I’m happy to approve the honorarium in this situation as long as we have some documentation of the three attendees.
