Where our brewers at?

For all those interested in brewing and taking it to a whole new level, reply to this thread, message me, come to our committee meeting this Sunday at 2, or keep an eye out. We’re going to resume regularly scheduled classes, discuss the purchasing of new equipment and talk about where we want brewing to go (e.g. involving local brewers, incorporating the Raman spectrometer and other bauce equipment, contests, etc.). Lots of ways brewing could go so be sure to have your input

I’m interested in learning, and think I know of a couple others who would be too. Will be out of town on Sunday though.

I’m still in… Just back from DC, and may or may not be here for the meeting on Sunday. I should know better by tomorrow afternoon.

Who would I talk to about donating some brewing equipment?
I don’t think I will make the meeting.

@Ian_Jaeger has spearheaded things lately and has taken inventory… he’s the most informed as to what’s needed and not needed to the best of my knowledge

Sadly, I’m headed to OH to pick up a plane tomorrow so I won’t make the meeting. I will be at the space this afternoon though if anyone wants to discuss a bit about what the brewing plans are.
