I don’t see it on the events calendar - if you know could you create the event and let everyone know? Or possibly I’m just missing them.
Also a page on the wiki to enter info needs to be created so we can enter info.
The Board meeting is already on the wiki (Walter and Brandon have already entered agenda items) and it’s on the 18th. I don’t think the member meeting is up yet, but I thought it was the 10th?
They are supposed to be the second thursday of every month at 7 pm per our current rules. According to the by laws ONLY the board is allowed to schedule them.
Unless otherwise noted, the Members Meetings are effectively already “pre-scheduled” so to say… They are on a set schedule - unless the Board decides to cancel/reschedule them (due to holiday or ???)
Generally, anyone who notices that one has not been created yet, just creates it - especially if there is something they want to add to the agenda. Find the most recent meeting based on what type of meeting you want to add an agenda item for (Member Meeting, Board of Director Meeting, other meeting…), copy the ‘code’ for the one you select and create a new one - making sure to clear out all the specific details for the previous meeting (keep the outline - delete the content, so new content for the upcoming meeting can be added…).
Here is a link to the meetings - where you can check to see if one has already been created or not:
BUT we really need the Board members (since technically they are the only ones ALLOWED to schedule the meetings) to put them on the calendar as well as the wiki…
Yeah… I’m not sure what happened with the pre-scheduled meetings on the Calendar. I’m pretty sure the member meetings used to be set up as recurring; and, the only time that we changed them was when the Board decided they needed to be cancelled or rescheduled (both very rarely done…).
I think it may be related to the amount of time you are allowed to schedule out on the new system. I think it is 60 days - not sure. But old calendar you could do a year if you wanted.
