What would you like to learn in a web design class?

I would like to teach another web design class. Web design is a big subject so to help narrow things down a bit, I would like to know if there are any specific things anyone would like to learn about.

  • Would any one be interested in an assignment to take home and be reviewed the following week?
  • Would anyone be interested in a separate class on writing HTML and CSS?
  • Would anyone like a class on proper use of color in a web page?

I really need to build a website for my Jewelry I am sure that other have small businesses that would also like to learn, These do not have to be fancy sites with lots of bells and whistles, but they need to work on phones. I need a photo heavy site, which most of the templates out there don’t encourage
