Oh I was under the assumption that when said “ the government mandates us to be closed, when those restrictions allow us to reopen we will” still applied but I guess that’s changes to” weather we open is up to personal opinions instead of government approved reopening policies and procedures” but now I know
You’re absolutely correct. The board of directors that we elected runs this place. They get to do whatever they want as long as they’re making their business decisions in good faith. All corporations run that way.

Obviously, the business judgment rule doesn’t authorize a corporation to break the law; but the law vests in the board the authority to make nearly all the business decisions for the corporation. The county judge orders only permit us to open; they don’t mandate that we open.
