What is this tool box?

I saw this interesting tool box on the Sherline table this afternoon.

I glanced in it, and while it looks interesting, it wasn’t obvious to me what Machine Shop function it was for. So … being curious … what’s it for?

I think that is Frank Lima’s portable work shop.
