Wellsaw Horizontal Bandsaw Blade Issues

I know the horizontal bandsaw takes some significant “usage” aka abuse, but the blade is quite dull. I also experienced quite a bit of blade wander. I know the blade isn’t square to the vice, however this was well outside what I would consider acceptable. I did try to adjust the blade guides closer to the work piece, and the bolts that adjust the blade seemed to be tight.

If I need to open an issue/request, I can do that. Are the blades hidden away so that we don’t get blade changes weekly? If someone can point me to the location of the blades, I’ll swap it out.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I’m trying to figure out if it’s usable.

It’s still in the same boat as where it was.

It’ll be ok but take a bit to acomplish the goal.

I used it last night. I guess since I was just cutting aluminum it didn’t seem that bad (although I admit the alum did get really hot).
