Yeah, Ian is a great artist and does some very cool work, especially his match book work. Russell your picture doesn’t do that painting justice. In person it has some very cool photographic qualities, light representation, and brush technique that the phone picture just doesn’t do service to. I can’t wait for the next class I might have to bring some little containers for everyone to paint after seeing the match books.
