I would like instruction on casting small lead parts. Not bullets.
I don’t think we do that anywhere here. Lead has it’s own issues.

Take a casting class. Make the molds here and do your actual pours at home. @Vincent and @samiles5637 are both casting experts. Lead has a really low melting point so you can buy a little boiler and melt it at home. High temp silicone is what is used for molds typically.

Lead is pretty easy to melt, and lots of specialty pots to melt it in exist. The vapor pressure of lead isn’t really meaningful close to melt point, so it usually isn’t the vapor that is the usual concern. It is more about how the clean up is done for all the other steps. Cleaning up the trimmed flash, or worse yet, any sanding dust. With the number of poor cleaning examples we have all seen at the space, the last thing we need is lead dust contamination.
