In the interest of transparency, I wanted to bring to light an inconsistency that was brought to Infrastructure’s attention.
We were made aware that the voting rights site hosted by maker manager 4 that many used to obtain voting rights was back online after we shut it off. It was shut off to prevent people adding themselvs inadvertently to the list after the April 24th deadline. Yesterday we made a change that took care of the this. Previously we used a different method, however we found that conflicts with other work caused it to be reenabled. Using existing active directory data, we removed the 3 members that had straggled in after the deadline by checking the dates they were added to the voting rights group.
