When I disposed of some paint awhile back and had discussion with the waste disposal people, one of their primary concerns with just trashing wet paint is it can get crunched by trash trucks doing pickup, then leaves paint trail down the street 
So yeah, what Nicole posted…can dry out latex or fix so not runny. Oil they still wanted us to take to hazardous waste intake
I took a truck bed of containers with unknown contents. Nothing really hazardous to touch. They didn’t even look at me funny.
A packet of latex paint ‘catalyst’ that will quickly harden latex paint costs 2.49 per pack at HD. bought 2 for some paint in the garage earlier today.
Do we still have additional paint to dispose of? I saw this pop up! I will be at the space on Thursday night for a bit - I can load my car with some to dispose of.
Last time I looked, the paint was still there.
