Vinyl supply question

I straightened the mound of vinyl rolls around the bottom shelf of vinyl today.

As I was doing so, I noticed a bunch of rolls of unusual vinyl. Shiny, holographic-y, other sorts.
Does anyone know what that is?

I know there used to be a box of random donated free stuff, but I didn’t see it… And (at least most of) this stuff didn’t used to be in that box anyway.
There is also something down there that says automotive–something-or-other

Are there special properties associated with any of this? Or cool special uses?

I think the box marked Motorsportssis simply a roll that the committee paid for to use on their projects. @dallasmagna might know more?

As far as I know the scraps are in a drawer over near the Cameos.

The holographic vinyl is some cast-off scrap from one of my cuts that seemed too big to throw away (although I still have some more on a roll). One of the things that I cut out with the holographic vinyl is this tiger that was put on a friend’s car:

It was my understanding that vinyl put in the area underneath the rolls is considered scrap that others can use (unless labeled otherwise).
