A two prong question, First are the vinyl cutters big enough to do a 2.5" x 2.5" square? Secondly, when is the next class so I can get started on using one?
I’ve not used the titan in a few years, nor do I know if its operational anymore, but it had a max width of 20 or 24 inches. The silhouette is 12x12 iirc. If the titan is working your best bet might be to split the file in half and cut two 15 inch items that total your needed 30 inches.

That what I was thinking as well. Can I still later for multiple colors?

The Titan28 is limited to 26ish inches one way. We do have a larger one but I’ve not been teaching it because I’m not sure if we ever got the control software set up for it.

You can’t cut 2 pieces at the same time layered up, but you can certainly place them on their final destination layered up. The more items you have to line up and put together the harder it gets to be precise.
