There is a sign on the vinyl cutter that says it’s (down / broken) (exact word forgotten) as of (2:24 am 8/26?)
What’s wrong with it; or more specifically, what is it doing or not doing? I updated the Tool Status board to show it as inoperable, but a little more information would be helpful to whoever has the ability to work on it.
Has the person who discovered this put in a ticket through the Help Desk?
