That first one looks like a metal forming stake.
I wonder if it actually comes with the forming stake or it’s just the table. Absolutely no description isn’t very helpful

If you’re patient you might find something on craigslist. I nabbed a NICE unimat for $150.
I also got a hazard fraught tools one from another maker when they listed it on a for sale alias at work
