I need to find a Viking Dealership that does repairs. Mr Sewing Machine doesn’t work on mechanical issues, as apparently Viking doesn’t like to sell parts to non-dealers.
Most of the Viking dealerships are inside Jo-Ann’s. Do we know if they actually do repairs? Or do they just have visiting repairmen? I know that there are one or two non-Jo-Ann’s dealerships, and I’m thinking that they’d have better repair facilities.
