Does anyone have a video card for a PC, I am looking for one that can handle gaming and CAD work with no driver issues. I have an nvidia card now but it will not let me run simplyfi3d on my computer, and I cant find a fix for it.
Bus type? PCI? PCI-64? PCI-e? AGP? VLB? Microchannel? EISA? ISA?

Always with the drivers…try updating and/or disabling the driver.
Check Event Viewer for errors, and post.
Does Simplyfi3d require a specific version of DirectX?
I’ve got a GTX 670 lying around if that’ll work for you. Although looking at the system requirements I’d be surprised if what you currently had wasn’t up to snuff, it might not be a card issue. Open GL 2.0 came out in 2004.

Depends on what you are looking for - you can go from the free range all the way to the newer cards that can actually play games. In some ways this is a weird question-

Are you running SLI?
Are you running I live image on that computer?
Nah… he could just run Virtualbox with a Ubuntu 16 livecd.
