VCarve Pro License Information on JUMP Server

Continuing the discussion from Using VCarve Pro 8.0 on the JUMP Server:

The VCarve Pro - License Information Window comes up when I start VCarve. Do I need to enter this information…or?

Have you taken the Multicam class?

Yes, my son Brian Steele and I both took in on October 15 (last week).

You need to request to be added to the proper user group. It should be detailed in the email you received with the reference material from the class.

I didn’t receive an e-mail with reference materials. I checked my spam box too.

Sorry I just realized I never sent the email. I apologize, it totally slipped my mind. I will send it out tonight. I added you to the v carve users so please log off (make sure you log off and not just close the window) and then log back in. It should no longer prompt you.

Thanks Alex, that did the trick; I was able to open VCarve without issues. Could you add my son to the v carve users too? He attended the class with me on Oct. 15. His name is Brian Steele [email protected].
