I need to laser on white delrin, has anyone had any luck doing this?
Not me, but I have heard others have had success lasering delrin.
I’ve seen it done w/ excellent results. Don’t have any of the settings used.
Time to experiment scrap / spare parts…
I did it for one of my projects. It burns easily so you have to do lower power at multiple passes. To get a good result I had to do (if memory serves) about three to five passes depending on the thickness of the material. Even then it might burn or discolor in a few spots.

One of the robotics folks was lasering out several parts a week or two back for their competition. It was a pretty thick piece and appeared to be cutting just fine. Looked great.
Delrin also machines very nicely using a spiral ‘O’ bit.
