Does anyone have an unfinished cutting board I can buy? I’d like to laser engrave it for a XMAS gift! LOL and if anyone wants to teach me how to make one, that would be great too!

I’ve had good luck with lasering bamboo cutting boards from Big Lots. Multiple sizes available, reasonable price and quality, albeit on the thin side.
This, plus added info that Ikea has thicker options available (and tend to have better surface and edge finishes).

You are welcome to have this one for free. It was a test board. It is bloodwood and maple. A quick run through the sander and it will be unfinished. I’ll be at DMS tomorrow, Sun if you want it.

I’ve made some cutting boards as Christmas gifts and ended up making more than I need. Would ask $50 to cover cost of wood. I know someone offered you one for free though so I can understand either way. If interested I’ll be up at DMS tomorrow (Monday) around noon. Message me and I can bring up the extras.
