Unable to Create Family Member Profile on Maker Manager

Hello! I just signed up to MakerSpace after a long hiatus and have an add-on family member. When following these instructions to create a family member profile, I get an error screen:

Things that may be connected but IDK:

  • I haven’t connected an RFID to my account yet
  • I added him as a user to my billing account
  • I did this all very recently (within the last hour)

Is the problem me? Help! :sob:

Probably one more thing in the current set of issues. Send an email to [email protected] and they’ll help you out. If you haven’t seen a response in… umm. a day? make sure that you’re also checking your spam box.
