I think it would be an awesome project… maybe instead of the fork design, use the front part of an exacto instead.

Not sure it is a good project,
Watched to the end and he wasn’t too impressed with his results.

I’ve used a oscillating knife on a CNC machine this would be a lower cost alternative for hobby CNC cutters.

I have an ultrasonic knife at work. It’s great for cutting plastic although it rolls out on the edge instead of making kerf. I used it for making a game boy zero and it was awesome.
