What was the problem? Just so we can all learn from it and possibly help in the future.
I think it’s a username issue. When people sign up, you have to enter a username for your account and for some reason it cannot accept any capitalized letters. I’ve run into that one in the past when helping people to sign up.

Yeah – no caps, no special characters. And I think it’s no special characters in the password either. Which is a bit contrary to most other systems out there.
I’m not sure if we’ve got enough access to the program to put these guidelines into that page? I’m pretty sure we can’t change the actual bit that won’t take those characters, but maybe we could let people know what the deal is? Or – put some signage, perhaps a tent sign, at the computers that are set up for sign-ups.
So, @Team_Infrastructure – would it be possible to add a line or two to the log-in page?

Was indeed Caps in username. They were confused as it was accepting the name until the pay button was pushed. Got them a fob and they should be good.
