Nicole, even though I know you’ve already declined,you really should definitely run for the board, because you have exactly the DMS attitude I joined to be a part of. That whimsical, creative almost crazy spirit that brings out the very best in everyone and encourages people to make some amazing things.
I’ll give $100, a couple of old RC airplanes, a long unused outdoor table and chairs and maybe a box of ammunition of your choice for the lasercutter. (Seriously, DMS should consider donating it to your school for the kids to learn on.)

Thank you for believing in me but I assure you I’m a complete mess and wouldn’t make the best board member - however, I believe in the power of steering committees and I think that’s something I would like to be involved with.
