Training for Plasma Cutter

Hello! I’d like to get trained on the plasma cutter. Is there any availability for that training soon? Thanks so much!

There’s a metal shop committee meeting this Saturday, the 5th. An attendee provided me training after one of these monthly meetings.

Thanks, all. I won’t be able to attend on Wednesday but will register to be at the meeting on Saturday.

Note: I believe the Hot Process Safety Class is required before you take the Plasma Class [or most classes in the Metal Shop]. They might roll the class in at the committee meeting, but not sure.

We usually try to cover hot process or else keep track of the username and add to plasma when they have taken hot process.

Thank you for the info. Is hot process an assessment I can take online, similar to some of the tools in small metals, or is it only available in person? I did rsvp for the meeting today but will not be able to attend after all, and I have a standing appointment on most Wednesdays.

It’s still in-person. I’ll try to get a class up for a Tuesday, so that you’ll be eligible for the next Dynatorch class.
