Touch pen in creative arts not working

Can someone try to recalibrate the touch pen?? It’s not working it might be broken…
I would do it myself but its blocked for admins

If it’s for the Yiynova tablet monitor, could also be weak/dead battery (AAA) in the stylus.

Touch pen is not working again. This time battery doesn’t seem to be issue. There is a new pen but I’m not sure if the new pen was installed properly, may need to be calibrated. Need admin to reconfigure the touch pen settings.
