To whoever has been modifying tools in the machine shop: Stop it. If there is a problem with a tool, contact the machine shop committee to report it. To date a drawbar and 2 fairly expensive bits have been ruined, that I am aware of.
I would suggest in the future posting pictures of the ruined tools, pictures always help.
