- You will learn how to convert (auto-trace) an Internet image to a vector file.
- Scale the image in Lightburn the size you need for your project.
Laser Cutter Skills - The Laser section is a group demonstration - Laser certification isn’t required
- The process of connecting the Laser to the design computer.
- Apply laser cutting speed and power to the image.
- Insert the Acrylic into the Laser machine and focus the lens.
- How to frame the job.
- How to select where you want to cut.
- Starting the Laser job.
- How to pay for your time (including a nifty short-cut to track your time).
Bandsaw Skills
- How to properly transfer the template to your wooden blank.
- The most effective process to rough-out your blank.
Router Table Skills
- How to properly attach the template to your work piece.
- How to install and set router bit height.
- The proper way to remove the excess material.
- How to remove your template from your item without damaging it.
