If you were a maintainer, please talk to me in person next time we are at the space so I can show you what you did wrong. And please don’t try to fix any more machines before you talk to me.
Funny you should post this, i know a certain downtown hotel that had a loading dock with a column like that, only thing holding up the concrete for years was multiple layers of stretch wrap.
neither of those are actually fixed. No duct tape was used.
Nor stainless steel zipties for that extra permanence.
