I’m trying to start a non-profit makerspace in Indiana. I know costs won’t be exactly the same, but I was hoping one of the DMS founders could send me a digital copy of the DMS beginnings, i.e. -start up costs and fixed monthly costs? I know there are plenty of expenses that haven’t even crossed my mind. Also, I need something to bring to potential donors or investors.

It’s hard to answer that question because DMS has been through a few moves by now.
I would recommend reading the early meeting minutes and then follow up if you have any questions

Aside from costs there are other operational things we have been through that we can provide advice and guidance on.
